Victor Ocampo, 59, Wendy Marie Fisher, 38, Samantha Kathline Jenson, 26, and Thomas Saint Andrew, 41 have been identified by authorities as the deceased in a horrific automotive collision that took place in Lancaster on August 14, killing four local residents. Mr. Ocampo, Ms. Fisher, and Ms. Jensen were riding in a Volkswagen Jetta that was heading northward on 30 West Street prior to 12 p.m. Mr. Andrew, meanwhile, was heading west on West Avenue H driving a Toyota Avalon. Police say that the Toyota ran through a red line, where it struck the Jetta which ended up hitting a poll, causing all three occupants to be ejected.  Two died at the scene and the other perished on the way to treatment. Authorities say that none of three occupants were wearing seatbelts. Two dogs also died in the deadly collision.

We extend our deepest condolences to the friends and families of the deceased during this difficult time.
