Troy Holder, 22, was the victim of a deadly accident that occurred Rodden Road in Oakdale. The accident occurred on August 20 at approximately 6:30 in the evening. Holder’s Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling westward fell during a curve a skilled into the opposite lane of traffic, where he collided with a 2006 Toyota. The driver of the Toyota and his passenger suffered minor injuries. Holder was a graduate of Oakdale High School and is being remembered as a popular student and for his work on behalf of the Oakdale Skate Park.
