Timothy Manning has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian accident that occurred August 7 in Stanton, a city in Orange County. Mr. Manning was crossing Stanton Street prior to 10:15 p.m. when he was struck a vehicle or vehicles, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). First responders took him to UC Irvine Medical Center, but he passed away from his injuries 10 days later, on August 17. Mr. Manning was 50-years-old. The incident is currently being investigated.
