Terry Lavern has been identified by authorities as the victim of a deadly collision on September 21 at approximately 10:45 a.m. that occurred on the Bay Bridge in San Francisco, shutting down lanes on the westbound side of the bridge. The accident involved three cars and the motorcycle driven by Mr. Lavern, 49. Mr. Lavern was reportedly the only individual harmed in the collision. He was taken from the scene to San Francisco General Hospital, where he died shortly after his arrival. The incident is being explored by California Highway Patrol investigators.
