Shelly Murphy has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that took place in San Francisco on January 18. Ms. Murphy, 36, was hit on the Cesar Chavez Boulevard onramp of the I-280 Freeway when she was a hit a vehicle described a Toyota Highlander SUV, white in color. Three additional vehicles were also involved in the accident, which occurred at roughly 8:00 p.m., though details remains sketchy.  The case is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
