Rosita Mendoza Lizarde has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian collision that took place on December 22 in San Bernardino. Ms. Lizarde, a 56-year-old local resident, was walking on 8th Street prior to 7:15 p.m. when an automobile driving on Arrowhead Avenue crossed the intersection with 8th Street and struck the victim.
