Ricardo Torres has been identified by authorities as the victim in an apparent hit-and-run pedestrian accident that occurred on March 6 in Long Beach . Mr. Torres was reportedly walking on Anaheim Street near Del Rey Court at 6:30 p.m. when he was struck by a vehicle described as a van, a Toyota Sienna from the 2000s.
