Peter Smith Padilla has been identified by authorities as the victim in a skateboard and bus collision that occurred August 9 in Los Angeles. Mr. Padilla, a 26-year-old Pomona resident, was skateboarding at about 12:40 a.m. at City Terrace Drive and Pomeroy Avenue when he ran into the tires of a Los Angeles Metro Bus and he was run over.
