Pablo “P-Spliff” Ramirez, a well-known area skateboarder and daredevil, has been identified by authorities as the victim in a skateboard vs. truck collision that occurred on April 23 in San Francisco in the SoMa (South of Market) district. Mr. Ramirez was caught on video reportedly holding the bumper of a dump truck through the intersection of Howard Street and 7th Street shortly before the collision occurred at roughly 12:15 p.m. Mr. Ramirez, a 26-year-old resident of San Francisco, was reportedly known on YouTube as part of a group called GX1000 and was known as a mentor to area youth. The San Francisco Police Department is investigating the tragic incident.
