Michael Tomlinson has been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged hit-and-run bicycle vs. car collision that occurred on January 30 in Moorpark shortly after 6:30 a.m. Mr. Tomlinson was reportedly on Westridge Drive when he was hit by a Volvo allegedly driven by 38-year-old Lake Forest resident Rogelio Martinez Cuin. Authorities say that Mr. Cuin failed to remain at the scene and drove away; he was reportedly found about a mile from the scene of the accident and arrested. Meanwhile, first-responders found Mr.Tomlinson and pronounced him dead. He was 51 and a resident of Aliso Viejo. An investigation is underway.
