Layloni Rue Dead in Central Bakersfield Pedestrian Truck Accident

Matthew Winks has been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged vehicular hit-and-run collision and alleged murder that occurred on October 3 in Jamestown. Mr. Winks, age 42, was killed in a collision that occurred at 5th Avenue at 7th Street when he was allegedly intentionally struck and killed by a Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by Dylan Colby Moyle. Mr. Moyle allegedly fled the scene of the incident but his truck was later found by Department of Forestry officials and the man was later found in Manteca and arrested on murder charges. Police say that they believe that there had been an earlier vehicular attempt on the late Mr. Winks about seven days prior to his apparent murder. The collision remains under investigation.
