Authorities have identified Gregory Park as the pedestrian who was struck in killed by a vehicle in Van Nuys. Park was an officer of the Los Angeles Department of Transportation, who was on duty and issuing a parking ticket when he was struck by the vehicle. An investigation is still ongoing to determine whether or not the driver of the vehicle was at-fault.
