Kyle Trevon Williams-Dugan, a 27-year-old Oakland resident, has been identified by authorities as the victim in an early morning pedestrian collision that occurred on July 28 in San Jose. Mr. Williams-Dugan was reportedly one of four individuals who were in a vehicle that had stopped or was stalled on Highway 237 prior to 3:40 a.m. The young man apparently left the vehicle and was struck on the highway. He was taken for treatment but perished from his injuries. The incident is under investigation by authorities.
