Kristian Vanwagner has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a car collision that occurred around on April 4 on the Westside of Los Angeles near the Marina del Rey neighborhood. Mr. Vanwagner, a 27-year-old Las Vegas resident, was reportedly a passenger in a car that was being driven on the 90 Freeway (aka the Marina Freeway).
