Katherine Morris has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a car collision that took place in Irvine on March 22. Ms. Morris, 29, was in a car on the 5 Freeway near Jamboree Road that, at approximately 10:20 a.m. turned over and threw her from the car and onto the should of the freeway. First responders found her on the shoulder of the road but she died at the scene. It is not known what type of vehicle she was, who else was involved in the accident, and whether or not the deceased woman was a driver.
