Joseph Prandoni has been identified by authorities as the victim in an apparent hit-and-run bicycle vs. car collision that took place in Los Angeles on February 23. Mr. Prandoni was on West Manchester Avenue near Gramercy Place when he was struck by a car, which reports indicate might have been a gray mini MPV, such as a Nissan Cube. The vehicle left the scene, leaving the victim to perish from his injuries. The driver of the car is being sought and the Los Angeles City Council has offered a $50,000 reward. Mr. Prandoni was 32-years-old.

We extend our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the victim during this difficult time.
