Ramona, CA November 11, 2020 – Maria De Jesus Rodriguez and Job Humberto Blanco have been identified by authorities as the victims in a motorcycle collision involving an off-road vehicle that occurred on November 1 in Ramona. Job Humberto Blanco, a 28-year-old local resident was riding a motorcycle accompanied by Maria De Jesus Rodriguez on Littlepage Lane prior to 2 p.m. The pair were heading westward and they apparently encountered an offroad UTV (utility task vehicle (UTV) heading east. Accounts say that both drivers swerved in an attempt to avoid a collision, tragically, both vehicles swerved in the same direction and the vehicles collided. First-responders arrived but the man and the young woman both tragically died from their injuries. It is unclear whether or not anyone else was hurt in the crash. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the fatal accident.
