Javier Ramirez, Marc Urista,and  Michael Urista has been identified by authorities as the deceased in collision that took place in Pleasanton on December 25, Christmas. The three young men were all students at Dublic High School. The boys were among five individuals who were inside a vehicle traveling down Foothill Road not far from the Castelwood Country Club at about 10:00 p.m. The vehicle reported collided with both a tree and a power pole. The three passengers who died were inside the vehicle when first responders found them. The two others were reportedly thrown from the vehicle and were taken to Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley for treatment. The California Highway Patrol is indicating that it does not believe that drugs or alcohol were involved in the tragic mishap, though an investigation is ongoing.
