Layloni Rue Dead in Central Bakersfield Pedestrian Truck Accident

Janda Khamnoy has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a traffic collision that occurred on October 11 in Aguanga. Mr. Khamnoy, a 34-year-old resident of Sioux City, Iowa , was driving a 20-year-old Honda Accord on Highway 371, aka Cahuilla Road, prior to 1:05 p.m. when, reports say, his car veered over a double-yellow line and into the path of a 2010 GMC pickup truck.
