Jack Viriyavong, a 56-year-old Sanger resident, has been identified by authorities as the victim in a bicycle collision that took place near the border of Fresno and Clovis on August 13. Mr. Viriyavong was riding his bicycle just prior to 7:30 a.m. on McKinley Avenue when he was hit by a Toyota Minivan which reports indicate was filled with local high school boys and was being driven by a 17-year-old.
