Gilbert Chang has been identified by authorities as the victim in a motorcyle collision involving several vehices that occurred on March 29 in Livermore. Mr. Chang, a 45-year-old Brentwood resident, was on North Vasco Road near a landfill when he collided with two other vehicles, including one described as an SUV, gray in color. The collision reportedly caused Mr. Chang’s motorbike to catch on fire. First responders reported that the man died at the scene. The tragic mishap is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol.
