Debbie Criado, a 55-year-old grandmother, has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a collision stemming from a police chase that occurred in Fresno earlier this week that seriously injured two others. Ms. Peters’s car was near the intersection of Princeton Avenue and Fresno Street when it was reportedly hit crosswise by a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed that was being driven by Ruby Garcia, a 28-year-old woman suspected as the driver of a getaway vehicle in a robbery of a liquor store.
