David Stame has been identified by authorities as the victim in a pedestrian accident that occurred on June 26 in Huntington Beach. Mr. Stame, 54, was attempting to cross Bolsa Chica Street and Warner Avenue at sometime around 11:00 p.m. when he was struck by a Hyundai being driven by a 66-year-old man. Mr. Stame was gravely injured and taken to an area hospital by first-responders but tragically died from his injuries not long afterwards. The driver reportedly stopped at the scene but the Huntington Beach Police Department is investigating the deadly crash and seeking out any witnesses.
