David Rosenheimer has been identified by authorities as the deceased in a collision involving four vehicles accident that took place in West Sacramento on February 18. Mr. Rosenheimer was driving a Tesla on Highway 50 at approximately 1:30 p.m. when he encountered cars stopped in traffic. The Tesla collided with the back end of a Ford auto. A chain-reaction ensued and a woman in GMC was taken for treatment. Mr. Rosenheimer was taken by first responders to UC Davis Medical Center, but perished from his injuries later on.
