Mr. Robinson, described as 54-year-old transient, a bicycle at intersection of Modoc Road and Encore Drive, reportedly outside of a bike lane. A Ford Explorer SUV driven by 48-year-old local resident Monique Martinez collided with the bicycle. Mr. Robinson was thrown from his bike and was not wearing a helmet.
