Cristian Mendez Ramos has been identified by authorities as the victim in an alleged hit-and-run bicycle accident that occurred on July 20 in Los Angeles near the city’s famed Exposition Park. Witnesses and anonymous tips are being sought by the Los Angeles Police Department.
