Nicole Johnson and Cleophas Fuller, both Oakland residents, have been identified by authorities as the deceased individuals in an automotive collision that occurred on April 5 in the East Bay city. Ms. Johnson, 32, and Ms. Fuller, 33, were inside a car being driven being driven by Ms. Johnson on  Seventh Street and Frontage Road at roughly 2:30 a.m. when the car apparently went out of control and collided with a wall. First responders arrived but the two women perished at the scene. The tragic incident is being investigated and witnesses are being sought.
