Christopher Williams has been identified by authorities as the victim in a motorcycle collision alleged to be related to driving under the influence. The incident occurred on January 1 at about 3:45 p.m. Mr. Williams was riding a Suzuki motorcycle on Highway 76 in Fallbrook when a Lexis IS 300 driven by Adam Daniel Barooshian reportedly struck the motorcycle head on while attempting to drive east on a westbound lane. Mr. Williams, a 29-year-old fire and police dispatcher and a married father of two, died at the scene. Mr. Barooshian, a 25-year-old Marine private at Camp Pendleton, had a prior DUI charge on his record and his been charged with murder and driving under the influence.
