Cesar Nino, 22, Miguel Saravia, 44, and Carlos Bravo Serrano, 30,  have been identified by authorities as the deceased in a head-on collision that occurred in Valley Center on February 12.  Mr. Saravia was driving and the other two men were passengers in a Ford F-150 truck. Apparently, the truck attempted to pass another vehicle and collided head-on with a tow truck.  The three men reportedly died at the scene. The tow truck driver was treated for minor injuries. The incident is being investigated. Cesar Nino, Miguel Saravia, and Carlos Serrano were residents of Escondido.
