Spencer Bali, 20, Bryan Amezcua, 18, and Cesar Troncoso, 17,  have been identified by authorities as the deceased in a solo car accident that occurred in Moorpark on April 10.  The three young men were in a vehicle on Poindexter Avenue at approximately 12:00 a.m. when their car, which authorities indicate was travelling at a high rate of speed, went off of the road and hit a tree in the vicinity of Chaparral Middle School. The car was on fire by the time first-responders arrived but the youths were actually believed to have been killed by blunt force trauma. Which of the young men was the driver of the vehicle is not yet known. Spencer Bali was a resident of Camarillo and both Bryan Amezcua and Cesar Troncoso were Moorpark residents. The tragic crash remains under investigation.

We extend our deepest condolences to the friends and families of the deceased during this difficult time.
