Binbin Zhuang, a 32-year-old  sushi chef, has been identified by authorities as the victim in an apparent hit-and-run collision that occurred in Stockton on February 10.  Mr. Zhuang was riding his bicycle on Precissi Lane at approximately 10:00 p.m. When he began to cross West March Lane two vehicles collided with him. Only one of the two vehicles stopped, authorities say. First responders were unable to help the young man, who died at the scene. Police are seeking the missing driver to face felony charges. Mr. Zhaung was on his way to work at the WinCo Market at the time of the tragedy.

We extend our deepest condolences to the friends and family of the victim during this difficult time.
