Andy Ralphie Acuna, Jr. has been identified by authorities as the deceased in an alleged DUI automotive collision that took place in Perris on December 25, Christmas Day. Mr. Acuna, a 19-year-old Riverside resident, was driving a Honda Civic on the 215 Freeway near Harley Knox Boulevard at roughly 6:50 p.m. when the car apparently struck part of an overpass, causing the car to overturn and ejecting both Mr. Acuna and his passenger.
